During the pre-job walk-through, Mr. Chavez seemed to promise a lot for the quoted price, however he delivered all that he promised and some extra work in my front yard as well. Work was quickly completed and very well done.

The first job he did for me was perfect. He repaired plaster walls and a ceiling and painted the entire room. He was there on time. He was very clean. He worked hard. I thought his price was a little high, He did not give me a contract and asked for half the money two weeks before starting. I was happy with the work so I thought I'd give him another chance. This time we had a big problem. Again no contract, and half the money before starting. He was to pitch my gutters for proper drainage, and relocate one downspout and eliminate one. He was to calk so that the water would not run behind the gutters, replace any rotted fascias. Scrape and paint. On the first day, he and his helper worked for about 4 hours and went home. On the second day, he told me he was sick because of too much alcohol the night before. He showed up late and stayed for about four hours. He rested and lied down half the time. When he told me he was done, he had not sealed behind the gutters and he had not scraped or painted or replaced any fascia. He argued that he did what was agreed on. In my mind he was wrong. His first language is not English, maybe it was a big misunderstanding. I feel ripped off. Make sure you get a contract. I will never hire him again.

They did a Great job on what I wanted and needed done for my both front and back yards. He put in a stone slabs for a a firepit and it's unbelievable !!! If you want quality work done this is the company to ask for 100 percent!
