Do your homework before hiring this guy. He is NOT a professional. He does NOT have a "team". He never showed up until about Noon or 1pm. Then left around 4:30. He started the job in January, and it is May 16th, he never finished it. My roof is still open! We are having to go the legal route. Check out other places his business is listed because the reviews are HORRIBLE! He is a theif, took my money and never came close to finishing the job! He also tried to double charge us for supplies when we were already paying out of pocket.

he completed the work we needed done in a timely manner. he was very friendly and went above and beyond. he was very reasonably priced. we are very happy with the work he did for us

Thomas was awesome! He quickly found a solution to a problem we've been having with some of our house siding. He arrived when he said he would, took care not to damage anything, cleaned up after he was done and was kind and courtesy throughout the whole process. His prices were extremely fair and I really appreciated that he was straight forward with me about the cost after he had assessed the problem and before he started the fix - in my experience that's hard to find when dealing with some professionals. I highly recommend Chavez Services and plan on hiring Thomas's again when the need arises.

Thomas pulled up the old tiles and sub flooring in my home during my remodel. He was quick and clean. He was very careful in removing the staples and verifying it met my expectations before leaving the site.

Thomas and his crew were very friendly and funny. They stripped my roof for an install quickly and efficiently. They worked fast and were clean and respectful not to let my animal out of the yard. 10/10 would recommend.

i made the mistake of buying premade fence panels. they were made unlevel and the wood was cheap. Thomas was able to use the panels so i didnâ t lose any money. He did a really good job and my fence looks great.
