I was provided with a quoted price for the job, but after the work was completed, I was charged additional money because I was told the equipment cost more than expected. If you're in business, the quoted price should accurately reflect the anticipated cost of the job. Unexpected price increases after the work is completed are unprofessional and should be communicated and approved by the customer before any additional charges are incurred.

Mr Chavis and his crew were polite, professional and efficient. He communicated clearly and showed up when he said he would. I was very happy with his work and will definitely hire him again.
