They were late, like an hour and a half late and I had to call them to find out they were going to be late, they did not contact me. However, once they were here they were very good, I really did not need my chimney swept and they told me that, which is refreshing. They provided information about some work that should be done and an estimate. They were very informative, polite and friendly. Despite them being late I would use their service.

He called me when he was on the way to my house. His helper actually built my house with his cousin in 74. I had a new gasket form my Woodstove door, they installed it flawlessly. Will use again next year.

Has a great game plan but doesn't follow through with any of it. I have to continuously contact him to get updates. This job as quoted to me on 10/2017 gave him down payment in 12/2017 and as of today I have nothing but my chimney cap.
