I dropped my computer off at the UPS Store which is where this company obtains the computers when there is no one at the office. It would be nice if the office was staffed and they could eliminate the UPS Store. I had to wait for the UPS clerks to handle the UPS customers first which was not all that lengthy.

Shaq was very careful to ensure we understood the basis for the service charge and then proceeded to quickly diagnose the underling problem. He also â fixedâ an interconnect issue between our iPad and the printer. We believe we have found the right guy to call with any future computer problems.

I paid $96 to confirm the item was broke...not a great deal. It's unfortunate that they couldn't find the part(s) at a reasonable price to repair my computer.

Chris worked on a couple of computers for us. He was able to revive one and one had to go to computer heaven. However, Chris was able to save any data that was on the laptop. Family was happy.

Our son contracted a virus on his laptop. This was a big production as he needed his laptop to complete school work. These folks quickly resolved the issue and get us better protected moving forward. Everyone we spoke with was very professional and polite. Definitely great customer service.
