Cheek Concrete and Construction

Installed a slab in my garage. I already had it prepped and all he needed to do was pour and form the doors and outside slab. He wound up digging out interior of garage and pouring slab opposite to my instructions. Now every time it rains my garage floods. I called him to fix the error. He charged me another 500 to install a ?drain? that consisted of a crooked line he cut into the concrete about an inch wide v shape. He was supposed to install an actual drainage at least 3 to 4 inches wide and several inches deep to handle the volume of water coming down. 3200 dollars later my garage and utility room still floods. He's incompetent.

The contractor is a total con man. Took deposit and never did the work.

The contractor stated that he could do drainage work. He did not deliver on what I wanted. I overpaid for the work that occurred.

He gives you a quote then brings equipment too small for the job !!! He did half the job we agreed on, took the full amount and stop taking my calls !!! Had to hire someone else to clean up after his 1/2 of the job that was lefted in a complete mess !!! So now I m out the money he charged and the money I had to pay other company !! I d recommend not even calling him ! He s quick to come out to give you a quote but after that your out of luck !!!

Couldn't be happier. I gave him a bonus. He wants his customer happy. He know's his concrete. He knows what he is doing. He is one of the best equipment operator's I have ever seen.
