The team of guys worked together to trim the bushes around the house and clean up the front yard. The bid included raking up the leaves in the backyard. When it was discovered the machine to collect the leaves did not fit through the gate, the leaves were left untouched. No money was deducted from the cost for failing to remove the leaves. We were charged too much for the work that was done.

Trimming the shrubs was ok. He brought a load of dirt (supposed to be topsoil) without calling before hand (on a day I was gone). I have a 6Ft. privacy fence and a locked gate! When I got home there was a truck load of dirt in my back yard. I asked how he put it there---the gate was locked --& he just laughed. 2 1/2 weeks later he spread it out and seeded. Two days later we had 7 inches of rain. The seed is gone and I have been picking up 5" and 6" chunks of concrete & glass amounting to 2 complete buckets full. It was not topsoil, it had to be fill dirt but I was charged for topsoil!
