Regan came out and did work in our home he was excellent he came after hours as we had a leaked coming out of one of our ductworks. We were really not sure where it was from what was causing it. He found it to be elite in the hot water pipe in the ceiling. He scheduled the plumber for coming very next day to complete the problem. I would not hesitate to have him in my home again. I would recommend him

Tyler was great at fixing my ac unit. There were a few problems but he worked hard to see they were resolved and even picked up a window unit to keep the area cool until he fixed the issue. Would definitely recommend Tyler

We had a technician named Jeremy come out to service our AC because we were hearing some noise coming from one of the vents, as well as to perform our routine maintenance since we’re members of their maintenance program. He did an absolutely great job! Jeremy was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was checked and taken care of, and he even took the time to show me how to properly change the filters myself. I really appreciated how patient he was and how willing he was to answer my questions and explain everything. It’s always nice to have someone come out who genuinely takes pride in their work and makes sure the customer understands what’s going on. We really appreciate the great service from Jeremy and would definitely recommend him!

Regan was the first technician, in the seven years since our HVAC system was installed, to correctly identify a configuration issue that had been overlooked from the start. He discovered that the system was wired to operate only on Stage 1 instead of both Stage 1 and Stage 2, which had prevented our home from heating and cooling properly all this time. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the problem, why it was happening, and what needed to be done to fix it. After ordering the necessary parts, he returned and replaced the control board and dampers, resolving the issue completely. In addition to his technical expertise, Regan was very professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. It's rare to find someone who can diagnose a long-standing problem so accurately and explain it so clearly. Tegan did a wonderful job! I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.
