Chehade Construction

At the beginning of 04/2017 we purchased our first home and needed to do a ADA retrofit in my mother's bathroom prior to our 05/01/2017 move in. We had originally been referred to another contractor who said they would have the job done with enough time to move in. Fast forward to less than two weeks until we move in, we had not heard from that contractor. I searched Home Advisor and found Chehade Construction and contacted them immediately. We needed to have a walk-in tub installed asap along with widening of doors for a wheelchair in one bedroom. Being that it was a Sunday, Abdel said to give him until Monday to find out what he could do about ordering a tub. Let me say that Abdel is a godsend. Abdel was able to secure a tub to be delivered and could have it installed by the end of the week. Abdel was able to complete my mother's room with the walk-in tub, widened doors as well as install surround sound and assist us with a few other things to get our house up and ready for us to move in. Abdel also helped us on my aunt's manufactured home to install a water heater and did so on an emergency call. We could not be more grateful! He did amazing work and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for his services. He is very patient, kind and professional. We keep him on speed dial!

Abdel was very thorough and helpful in all of my projects from installing a new counter, sink and faucets, to replacing shower heads, replacing outside faucets with quarter turns, installed storm cap, moved a condensate pump in HVAC unit, moved heavy furniture and installed a grab bar in my shower. I gave him a list and he took care of it. Excellent work all around. Knows what to do and how to do it!

Frankly I was surprised to receive great quality of work from a very courteous gentleman at a very fair price. I needed misc. things done, electrical, painting, patio stone work, etc. Abdel performed everything I asked of him and went out of his way to address every detail and did not ask for anything more than what he had quoted originally, even did a few things for me simply as a courtesy. I will certainly call him for anything that I need in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for his services.

I hired Chehade Construction for my 86 year old Mom after having a HORRIBLE experience with a previous company that was suppose to do many repairs on my Mom's mobile home. I am so happy I found Chehade Construction through Home Advisor! The owner, Abdel Chedade and his Project Manager David are the most professional, courteous, kind and knowledgeable contractors anyone could hope to hire. I can not say enough GOOD things about Abdel and David, except to say that they have gone out of their way to do an excellent job; above and beyond what I hired them to do. The job they are doing for us (not quite completed yet, but wanted to give them a GREAT review now) is beautiful and the price is fantastic compared to what we have had done in the past. It is extremely hard to find good contractors for mobile homes that do EXCELLENT work and care about their customers. They have been removing BAD plumbing, bad shower installation, floor, etc. Now that I have found Abdel of Chehade Construction I will NOT use any other contractor again. I WILL always call Abdel when I need a project completed! I am also recommending him to the Management of my Mom's mobile home park; and any of her senior neighbors that need a GREAT contractor that is not only professional, but kind and courteous! The best contractor i have ever used!

High quality work on all the home improvements done by Chehade Construction. Abdel is timely, thorough, and wonderful to work with. Repaired floors on our second level and installed hardwood floors throughout Wainscoting for our daughter���s room Repairs on windows, doors, and electrical done 2 separate banisters updated. Abdel and his assistant are great! They were on time, professional, and courteous. They went the extra mile to make my condo beautiful and I would hire them again. I had a long list of repairs and painting to be done and they did a great job. Abdel kept me updated with pictures as the work went along as I am an out of state owner.

Very professional but personable. Worked within my busy schedule and even worked with me on ordering and convience of pick up. I have a rental but live 100 miles away. Most important i trused him and he didnt want a penny until his work was complete and properly. He even did some other minor repairs just because they needed attention. He will be my go to man from now on.

The workers were timely, courteous and professional. When met with obstacles on the project, they improvised on existing material and found the most time-effective solution. Definitely recommended to anyone.

Initial contact was on Sunday. Made appointment for Monday. They showed on time and removed and replaced over-range microwave in an hour. Totally prepared to do the work with everything needed to protect other appliances below microwave. I am very pleased.
