Very good job satisfaction and informative about the job.

The owner name Alicia Glenn showed up without any tools or materials after I had spoken to them for 10 minutes describing to him the details of the job that he was going to be performing and had the audacity to ask for a two hour minimum of $57 an hour to look under the sink and tell me that you needed caulking and he didn't have the time to do it but he'll be back but want to payment for two hours and spent 10 minutes , big ripoff.

Lee takes great care of our clients.

Very unprofessional. He's lazy he didn't finish the work although he collected 200 dollars. He doesn't show up when he says he will. I had to call him twice to ask if he was coming. I complained and he told me if I didn't like it I was free to find someone else. He also said he didn't care if I complained since he is self employed. He's unreliable and not trustworthy.

He came on sunday, and did a great job.

When I contacted the handyman, I explained to him that we are opening a restaurant and that I needed a handyman that can do minor jobs when its needed. We had a couple of shelves that we needed to install, called him, he said that he charges $47 per hour, he did not say how long it will take him. We estimated it will not take more than two hours, he started measuring, drawing lines calculating, which took him an hour and fifteen minutes to do that. When we asked him how long it will take him to install the shelves, he said, he will not take a job for less than 4 hours!? Paid him for two.

Lee was professional and did a wonderful job with many small projects. The quality of his work was excellent and his charges are reasonable. I found him so reliable that I have made arrangements for him to be the "on call" handyman for our rental property. I highly recommend him.

3 negatives w Chelgren Dev. (1)called him next day for return fix on one of the items he wrkd on.I made 3 phone calls to him,1 text and 1 email,on the 4th phone call he picked up (6hrs aftr 1st ) he said he did not recv any of these calls and that,he had taken the day off. no out of office messsage was on his cell.(2)Inappropriate language,he said "what the hell is wrong with the door now?" (3) No estimate of charge or advance notice there would be a charge for 10 min of work on item he wrkd on day b4. He said "do you want the good news or bad news first?" I said,"the bad news". He said,"the good news is door is fixed bad news it is $47.

I should have never started work without a detailed work order. Unfortunately I can not be at home when the work is done and was extremely disappointed in what I was charged for the very little work that was done. Was charged $47 for 12 hours plus materials and what I got was 2 doors rehung and one painted. Also did work I didn't ask for and tried to charge me for hauling of unrelated materials that I said I didn't wanted hauled. Very disappointed and it is becoming harder and harder to find a true, honest and fair service person/team. I'm getting tired of this. I'm better off struggling through the projects myself.
