I was referred to Chelsea Home Remodeling by the owner of Marcor Roofing who previously did an excellent job on my roofing project. I was looking for a reliable contracting company to do a major interior renovation project including a full gut out demolition and rebuild of an existing extension that I knew required extensive corrections and repair. Chelsea is a family owned and operated business and they were exceptional right from the start. Dominick Mupo and his son Louis came to perform the initial inspection and to discuss my project. Dominick provided a very detailed estimate in writing, which he reviewed with me line by line in person with full transparency. They may not be the least expensive but I got what I paid for; they did a superior job from big to fine details from start to finish. Working with Dominick, Louis, Michael, Manny and Carlos was an absolute pleasure. They kept to the timeline, showed up as planned and on time, were pleasant and cooperative, cleaned up at the end of each and every day, respectfully cared for my home and property and were ever patient with my many questions and concerns every step of the way. They were consistently open to discussion regarding the problems found from the original construction, and with my participation in the process. They made the whole project as stress free as possible and consistently went above and beyond. I never doubted that my home and project was as important to them as their own homes would be. Their expertise with problem solving, knowledge of code and the correct way to do things, with acute attention to detail, was exceptional. Their referrals for floor refinishing and painting were also excellent. I am beyond pleased with the final results and could not have asked for a better contracting company. I will be using them for all my planned home remodeling projects and highly recommend them without reservation.

Very professional, old world craftsmanship, in a family owned business. We had contact with all three generations of expertise :) We had to remodel a very small, problematic bathroom. It was a pleasure to work with them. Starting with Dom whose years of experience made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands. There were great suggestions, a very detailed quote, and offers to use folks who made selecting the materials easy and fun. He was conscientious to save us money where we could. Manny was a wonderful craftsman, using meticulous attention to detail, keeping the place clean and keeping us abreast of other problems that came up with advice on solutions - which was greatly appreciated. Impeccable work. The crew always showed up on time and on exactly what day they said they would. It was a stress free process all the way. What a pleasure to work with them all. The bathroom looks amazing - Manny turned an ugly duckling into a beautiful swan!

We did a complete bathroom redo. Chelsea did a wonderful job. Marc was very efficient, careful, considerate and knowledgeable. He was well informed of our project and never had a problem with our situation. His tile work was fantastic and he was very considerate and stopped to talk to us whenever we had a question. He was helpful in deciding what to do about different decisions (border tile, window sill, placing a flush mounted medicine cabinet into the wall). He tidied up every evening and was very considerate about our having only one bathroom.

Masterful, meticulous creative work. Polite, professional, neat, trustworthy. Excellent communication. Well within budget even with additional tasks. We felt very comfortable leaving to go on a work-related road trip. Excellent guidance on where to shop for tile and plumbing fixtures. Our project was a partial gutting with new tile, plumbing fixtures, sink, and toilet. (Kept the same tub, vanity, and cabinet over the toilet.) The result exceeded my wildest imagination. They take their time and they do it top drawer. Whatever your project, you will be delighted out of your socks with the result!

I was very comfortable with them working in the house when I wasn't home. Which was great because I didn't have to take time off. They were very helpful in making decisions about what to do. They gave me a lot of good advice prior to the work being done.

I was extremly happy with the entire process. They were always available and provided great suggestions. Totally professional throughout.

I have hired them again for additional work. He was the first to schedule an appointment and had the best price. He was very creative with my project, willing to think outside the box and did a beautiful job. Their main focus was my job until completion.
