Working with Chelsea's Chimney was a wonderful experience. Every part of the process -- from getting a proposal, to contracting for the work, to having the work done, to receiving a detailed invoice at the end of the job -- was highly professional and efficient. Their work is of the highest quality and their pricing is very fair. The company lined and rebuilt our 81 year old chimney that had not been well-cared for. They also had to rebuilt the fireplace in our living room. The project required a lot of skill and care in order to fix all the problems. We are grateful for the skill and training of the employees of this fine company.

I had hired Chelsea Chimney to do repair work, and they said it had 5 year guarantee. I hired them to do an inspection. The person, who said he was the owner, did not call during the time window and when I called, he said he would call back in 5 minutes. He never called. Never returned texts. Not professional.

Tim and his helper arrived on time. Installed two stainless steel lifetime warranty top lock chimney dampers to prevent water seeping into chimney flues. Too early to tell if the fix is working but the design of the damper makes it impossible for water to enter the flue as long as the damper is shut. Am confident fix will work and Chelsea s Chimney guarantees their work for a year. Owner Jeremy is very responsive, his crew is friendly and they vacuumed and left the premises clean. Would recommend and use again.

Chelsea s Chimney saved us after our original chimney company canceled on us last minute and rescheduled three weeks in advance. Jeremy was prompt in all his replies, they were able to come within a few days, and they were sure to keep us updated along the way. We don t know much about chimneys but we trust that these guys did a good and honest job and we will definitely use them again when we need to replace the chimneys entirely down the road. We definitely recommend!

Jeremy is fantastic! He is honest and thorough. He took before and after pictures. In addition, he sent us a video of another problem he observed while on the roof. He contacted a roofer who came to the house to inspect the issue, which is above and beyond! We believe that he is fair and reasonable with his pricing. We will definitely be using him again for future chimney projects!

I choose Jeremy through HomeAdvisor. I am a Realtor and needed help with repair/replacement of a patio at a condo in Bethesda. He was very prompt to respond and agreed to meet with me right away. It was determined that a patio replacement with proper drainage was required. The seller's agreed to do the project which we thought was reasonably priced. The first finish of the patio was not acceptable. Jeremy agreed. He got his team out the next day and accompanied the team so was hands on. The final product looks great. I appreciate that he stayed with it to our satisfaction. Will definitely work with him again and will refer him. Note, I rarely give five star for anything.
