Adam, the pro, was great...my carpet is about 7 yrs old. He said the carpet wasnt cleaning well because there were oil or grease on the carpet. He did work on the stains. The carpet was clean. Adam did a very good job cleaning my carpets, but the day after he left I noticed he missed a small spot. I've called his firm earlier today, but as yet have not heard from him. But overall the carpet on stairways, in our hallway and great room look very good. And he had to deal with a big spot of Tide that a renter had spilled in a hallway. I woll hire him again.

My Berber rug in my family room looks and smells great much cleaner than I couldn't have done this with my rug machine. Adam got all the pet stains and dirt out if the rug.
