Chem-Dry of St. Mary's

Tech called with a one hour window which was awesome and arrived on time which was excellent. Upon arrival we had to have a major discussion for 10 mins on access to the condo because he initially said he was unable to do the job; said truck required 7' clearance and my building was 6'6". When I explained he didnâ t have to go under my building but it literally reached my condo from the side of the building he argued and said it was impossible. I had to physically show him how easy it was for him to accomplish the goal. I took him to the physical spot to show him where to park and access the building, after which he got the job done in approximately two hours and did a very thorough job. Overall I was very pleased with the work that was done.

Outstanding job

Not sure how to rate the value for money as I didn’t get any other estimates. We were offered military discount though. The two young men did a fantastic job. Would recommend this company for upholstery cleaning.

They arrived on time. They worked very quickly, but still did excellent work. They will be doing all my upholstery cleaning from now on.

Chem-Dry of St. Mary's on Chancellors Run Road was the only firm locally that I could find that did oriental carpets. I was very impressed by their representative, Christian, who came to our house to give us an estimate and also returned when they were delivered. He was polite, took time in examining and measuring our various oriental carpets, gave us a price and an estimate on when they would be finished. Several days before they were ready to be delivered, Chem-Dry called and set up a time. They arrived promptly, placed them where we asked and replaced furniture where necessary. I was very impressed with them.

Christian and Nathanial were professional, respectful of the house, and worked diligently. The only concern I have is they did not wear protective masks when working closely with the chemicals. The company needs to provide masks so down the road the employees do not develop respiratory disease or cancer.

The technicians were very well groomed and very professionals, they did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. I would highly recommend them. I would use this company again.
