BEWARE!!! You could not even tell that the technician cleaned the carpet and tile floors. They came out a second time and unfortunately, sent the same technician who refused to redo the job. Mike told me that I would receive a refund. It has been over two months and I still havenâ t received my refund and now he ignores my calls. I will be filing a complaint against Chem-X with the Better Business Bureau. If this matter does not get resolved, I will be filing a civil lawsuit against Chem-X. I trusted Mike and he really let me down.

I found this company on Angiâ s list. Mike returned my call in minutes! Very nice and answered all my questions. I had them come out and stretch my carpet in several rooms. Raul (spelling?) was on time and very professional. He was friendly and his work ethic was exceptional! He gave me the cost upfront, and the carpet looked fantastic when he finished. I will hire them for all my carpet needs. Great company!
