Complete Home Inspection
The inspector did a fair inspection on the house that we're selling, pointing out some known - and unknown - problems. This helped in preparing our home for sale. Only a couple minor quibbles: 1. The major finding listed shouldn't have been, as it was for a door that was removed and being repaired/painted. Asking us about it's location would have prevented the inspector from revising our report. 2. It would be easier to follow the report if there were reference numbers for each area inspected. We're purchasing a home out of state and the home inspection report was broken down by area. For instance, 1 Lot & Landscaping, 2 Exterior, 3 Roofing, etc. It's a minor detail but one that I think would greatly enhance Cherith's product. Overall we were satisfied with the end result.
