John was very thorough and professional. This included being upfront about services and flat-fee cost to get the job done. He was also very informative in describing the work. The work was done excellently and the experience was good on our side. Would recommend him highly and will definitely consider calling for future work.

John, the technician, came on an emergency call to our home and did a diagnostic on the situation, he was right about the situation. He was polite, professional and did what he could to resolve the issue. He understood that it was a special circumstance and didn’t charge us an emergency fee, which we are grateful for cause he was understanding. I would definitely use this company for my needs and definitely would ask for John to come back out. Great job and thank you!
