DO NOT HIRE! I am beyond disappointed in the experience with Brian and I would highly encourage anyone looking for a competent home inspector to look elsewhere. Brian completed our home inspection giving it his stamp of approval and missed an open pipe that fed directly from our guest bath. This resulted in human waste flooding our crawl space and doing thousands of dollars in damage. Despite the gross incompetence there was zero accountability or remorse when I reached out to him regarding the issue. He shifted blame entirely on the builder and when asked about the job he said "even Michael Jordan has bad days and I didn't see it". Do not give this business a dollar. I would have gladly accepted an apology and refund but given neither was provided I will go out of my way to make sure no other home buyer has the headache of hiring Brian.
