In over her head. No dedicated help. Delays with no warnings. Always just before shes to show up. Communication is a joke. Always had to call her for updates and ended up contacting the company myself that built my shutters. They said her finish/delivery time was unrealistic. She blamed them and said they would not call her back. Well, they said she never called for update except when I called her. No professionalism at all. Looked and acted horrid. So, no, I would go with another company.
