They were very courteous and anxious to do a great job. They actually performed well beyond the scope of the contract description I signed. After the job was over and the company had been paid, I continued to receive excellent attention from the office staff (Vicki) when I had questions. Mine was an extremely demanding job, as I am in a lawsuit with the storage company who allowed my furnishings to mold for 15 months sitting in their facility after their sprinkler system flooded my 2 units! Their (Tyler and Kyle) input and pictures are priceless to me (and my attorney)!

I have requested the results of my mold tests 4 times in 2 1/2 months since i was told it was ok. I still have not recieved them so I dont know what is in the house and i am still suffering allergic reactions which was the whole point of calling a professonal contractor. I may have just wasted all my time and money.
