High Quality & Great Workmanship After reviewing scores of roofing companies I requested a visit and bid from Kevin Kulick of Chesapeake Home Remodeling. The original roof from 1994 was sagging and the shingles were worn out. The roof needed some repair work along with new coverings and shingles. I expected a high bid. Kevin was cordial, and did not come across as the typical sales representative. I discovered he was the owner. He offered a reasonable price, quite low for the amount of work and repairs that were necessary. In addition the products he uses were all top of the line. There was no pressure to sign a contract. I appreciated this approach. I felt that he had a lot of integrity which is a priority for me. The job was scheduled in two weeks. The crew of nine showed up at 7AM. Carlos and his crew were great. It was easy to see that the crew had worked together for years. They worked non-stop, each person pulling their own weight. Tarps were laid down around the house and windows were covered. They completed the work around 3PM. The cleanup was immaculate. Kevin checked in several times during the day, explained what was being worked on and answered any questions. I appreciated the quality of materials used and the quality of the work performed by Carlos and the group! If I need additional home improvements in the coming years I intend to use Chesapeake Home Remodeling again.

Kevin just finished replacing the roof on our 1870's home. The home has not had any updating or fixing to the roof in a LONG time. Kevin came out and gave us a very fair quote compared to many other companies and started the project in days. Throughout the work, Kevin kept us updated via pictures, texts, and calls. He was thorough and fair. I highly recommend working with this company.

Talk to Kevin over the phone very same day he went out estimated the job called me back the next day with a price I hired him, did the job took pictures very prompt excellent workmanship and a very nice guy. I have already recommended him to a few friends and they love the work he did as well! You can’t go wrong with this company !

They came to do the job in case they got the job. They were very reasonable priced for the job that they did and they cleaned up after the job. They also gave me a estimate on replacing the complete roof in the future.

Did an excellent job. Clean up was perfect, pricing seemed fair. Kevin was on-site during work and took photos as each layer went down for my review. Very responsive to questions and worked with me to resolve an additional problem discovered during scheduled repair. I would definitely use his services again.

The only criticism I would have is that due to the rain a few days before, the surrounding area was muddy and that was tracked all over my drive way and deck. Hopefully the rain over the next couple of days will take care of that and I will not need to address it with a power washer.

I live out of state and needed a new roof on my rental property in Mass. The company was great to work with and the owner sent me updates via picture texts while the work was being performed so that I could stay informed of any issues and/or progress on the project.

They did not inconvenience us at all. I highly recommend them ... and I'm not usually one who gives 5 stars to anything! Exceeded expectations!
