Keith was prompt, polite and extensively knowledgeable. He walked me thru the process for mold testing using simple terms and followed up with an in depth explanation of the results. He answered all of my questions with compassion and understanding regarding my fears. If you choose Chesapeake Restorations you will not be disappointed. A+ Highly recommended.

I hired Keith to do mold testing on my home. When I first reached out via Angi, he responded within an hour (maybe even minutes?). He sounded friendly and approachable, as well as knowledgeable, and spent a good amount of time answering my questions over the phone, and in the end, those were the reasons that I hired him. The following week, he collected air samples from 5 areas of my home plus an exterior sample as a baseline, and within several business days, emailed me a scientific report from the lab. We then went over the report by phone. (Happily for me, I didn’t jave a mold problem.) Overall - friendly, responsive and knowledgeable! I highly recommend him!

Keith was great throughout the entire process. Ahead of arriving to my home he was very descriptive about the process, expectations and next steps. The day before our appointment he sent me a reminder text to confirm. Arrived on time, built rapport and talked me through what he found, what the turn around time is, and how to prevent it in the future. Thanks Keith! I would recommend you to my friends as well.
