I was very impressed with the follow up calls. Marlene was patient and called back multiple times. When I finally scheduled the appointment Tom was professional and thorough in his assessment. Another company told me I needed to replace parts on my water filter system that would take months to order. Tom, said they just needed set properly and it will work. The best part was a flat fee for the service call and parts if needed. I was so happy I can't thank you enough. Honesty should be rewarded!

Out of 3 estimates I received, Chesapeake Water was right in the middle. I did not choose the lowest cost because I had some concerns about their expertise. I have only had the system for a few weeks. I rated the customer service 4 only because they seem to always run late from the scheduled appointment time. The installer was knowledgable about the system and explained how it worked in layman terms.
