There is one aspect of the job that I am not happy with. I plan to call Frank on 12/28/15 to see if we can resolve the issue. The installers were pleasant and worked very hard to complete the work in 3 bedrooms & a hallway in one day. And even though they needed to move a bit of furniture, they put everything back in place. They did a very nice job.

It was a great experience working with Frank and team! From the moment Frank picked up the phone I was impressed with his positive attitude. Install was on time and Frank was always available to answer any questions along the way. The flooring in my basement looks great! I would recommend Chester County to anyone that would like timely, honest and quality work.

This company did an absolutely fantastic job in replacing the carpeting on my entire second floor! The price couldn't be beat, the service was so exceptional and the owner and his staff are the best with customer service and understanding. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for new carpeting, in fact, my daughter is hiring them for her house because of the beautiful job they did at mine!!!
