The crew was on time. They worked quickly, but insured I was happy with the way they cleaned my sofa and loveseat. And boy, were they dirty! They gave clear instructions on drying time. And cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again!

Quick response to initial inquiry and great customer service overall. I do wish they would have put a tarp down. I ended up cleaning up soap from my hardwood floors for days. But overall, was satisfied.
