Eric and his team did an amazing job on my carpet!!! He was punctual and very professional. He communicated well and explained what he was doing. My carpet looks and smells clean and they were detail oriented. When they finished he put all my furniture back together and left everything neatly. I will definitely hire him again!!! We had such a great experience with Chicago Carpet Revival! We had our velvet sofas cleaned. Eric was incredibly careful, thorough, and took such care with the fabric. The sofas came out looking absolutely fabulous! Eric was professional, kind, and clearly takes pride in his work. We’ll definitely be calling him to clean the sofas again and will be adding our carpets next time. Highly recommend Eric for upholstery and carpet cleaning!

Chicago Carpet Revival did a great job. They came to my house and cleaned three mattresses, a couch, and an armchair. Every stain is gone and everything smells fresh. They cleaned the 5 items for about $520. A couple of tips: the machines are loud so grab some headphones before they arrive. Drying also takes a few hours so have a fan ready to help things along. I'm very happy with the results. I'd hire them again.

I couldn’t be happier with the results! My reclining sofa and loveseat had several stains and were looking worn from everyday use. After the cleaning, they look dramatically better—most of the stains are completely gone, and the fabric looks fresh and much brighter. The cleaner was professional, arrived on time, and took great care with the furniture. The difference before and after is amazing, and my living room feels clean again.
