my experience with Chicago Drain tech. Was very Sour, l hired the company to Do a Drain rod out they Charged $225 two months later I called Chicago drain tech to Do the exact same repair now they changed me $375 so I asked the owner William why's the price so high now, and William said l should have charged you more and l have the text message on my phone l thought that was very Unprofessional and Rude to say to a paying Costumer, and l never received a receipt...if you need a Good plumbing Company l would not Recommend Chicago Drain tech to Do Business with...Heads up people.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ? EMERGENCY SERVICE FAILURE We contacted this company for an emergency plumbing issue in a high-rise building. A main pipe had failed and black sludge was actively entering our unit. A technician named Will arrived and required $400 upfront via Zelle, which we paid immediately. After receiving payment, he stated he did not have the proper equipment and said he would return shortly. He did not. Because the leak continued, building management had to shut off water to an entire tier of the building (approximately 35 floors) to prevent further damage. During this emergency, Will and the company were unreachable for roughly three hours. Calls and texts went unanswered. When we finally reached out requesting a refund so we could call another plumber, Will responded by claiming he never received the payment, despite being sent Zelle confirmation showing the funds were transferred. He then said he could return at 8:00 a.m. the next day, which was not reasonable

The technician performed unnecessary repairs.

The technician Will, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me Informed every step of the way as to what he was doing and explained to me how we can prevent it from happening again in the future.
