Chicago Flooring Installations Inc

Nick was on point with every aspect of this project. There is no reason to look any further. Thier crew is top notch ! Meticulous work with every attention to detail!! I will pay for any customer that does not like thier work ! LoL Do yourself a favor ...this is a company you can trust to get the job done !!

Nick and his team were fantastic and INCREDIBLY fast. Nick provided great recommendations and validated the research that I did in using 12 mil LVP since we have a dog (didn't want to wear through a thinner mil) whereas other contractors that gave me quotes said it was overkill and gave me much worse pricing. Additionally, Nick also gave me options as it turned out that underneath my carpet was hardwood flooring but not in great condition and told me the quote for refinishing vs laying LVP and how much work it would be to fix water damage and problem spots. All in all Nick was fantastic and beat out 5 other contractors I got quotes from with price and professionalism -- it wasn't even a contest.

It was great working with Nick. He came in took the measurements should us what was available. They even came in cheaper than another company I reached out to. I love the floors in the master bedroom and guest bedroom, they look totally different but beautiful. I would hire again. Florita V, Chicago, IL

Working with Nick to get an estimate on my work and scheduling the job went smoothly. Nick was responsive and timely follow through. His guys that came out to do the project of laying 3 bedrooms of vinyl plank flooring were very good and efficient. Was thrilled to get the job priced and completed within 3 days.

Nick was very pleasant and responded quickly. I called him and within 2 days the job was finished. Completed the job fast and quality work.

Nick and his crew go above and beyond, This was no small project 2 dance studios , 1 studio 70x20 and the other40x16 Day one remove old marley flooring, and prep sub floor for new marley and unroll new flooring, 5- 65x6 rolls. They had to let it rest for a few days , so it laid nice and flat They worked about 12 hours on day one , when they left , the work area was very clean. The day they installed it took about another 10 hours . The floor looks seamless and again work area very clean. Installing marley dance floor is not an easy task, especially when rolls weigh 300 lbs each I can’t say enough about this company and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic!

Nick the owner was great!! Show up on time, gave me a great price. The job was done great by Carlos, finished on time left everything clean & neat. Would recommend this company to my family & friends. I love my new kitchen floor, Thanks Nick

They did very good job and it did not take that long. Rough estimate about 5 hours for flooring and molding in living room dinning room closets and hallway area

Excellent!

I had an excellent experience with Chicago Flooring Installations. They were responsive, fast and flexible about getting me an estimate. They provided great information about the best way to do the job. Their estimate was very reasonable and payment and invoicing were easy. The job was done quickly and the entire work crew was professional, helpful, and kind. The finished product is beautiful! I would strongly recommend working with them.

Very happy with the final product

Nick and his crew were super efficient, they removed carpet, moved furniture around professionally, and installed about 1000 sqft of vinyl flooring within 1 day!! This has to be some kind of a record, all the other flooring guys said 3 days minimum. I highly recommend Nick to replace your flooring, he is hard working and determined to impress the clients.

It was great working with Nick. He took care of everything we asked. We would work with him again and highly recommend him.

Extremely friendly and responsive. Love the responsiveness to text messages. Nick and Carlos did a great job on the luxury vinyl plank flooring installation in our condo!
