Interior Painting or Staining
The only thing I didn't like is paying for more hours then needed. Not good for small job!

Jim's crew at Chicago Painters, Inc. Did a great job and cleaned up really well afterwards. For example, they put everything back in place. Jim was also very accommodating and easy to work with.

"I've left repeated voicemails for this customer and I've heard nothing back. The customer tried to paint their bedroom on their own and did some irreversible damage to the walls and trim. I explained that we would never be able to make it look brand new again due to the pre existing conditions. A final walk through was completed with no problems, they even tipped the painters $20 each!"

My experience with Chicago Painters was excellent! The paint job turned out beautiful. No project goes without some hiccups here and there and the best part was that Jim and his team worked with me on any questions or concerns I had. They listened thoughtfully to my needs and concerns and worked with me accordingly. They did a fantastic job of being careful with my valuables and furniture. The painters themselves were a pleasure to have in my home. The quality of the work was a ten! I was happy with the condition they left my home in after painting as well. I will definitely be referring people to Jim and his team at Chicago Painters

I'm very pleased with the work that Jim's crew did. It took a little longer than estimated but that was because my walls were in worse shape than expected (previous owners had slathered every wall with wallpaper which they needed to remove). They did a wonderful job of patching all the holes and ensuring they didn't start painting before they had a smooth surface to work on. We were having our floors redone at the same time and the guys came back to touch up the trim after the floors were finished for a very nominal fee. Their price was below other estimates we got and they charge you their cost for supplies, providing the receipts even!

Repaired water damaged wall....Worked pretty well but left the wall a little sunken and unfinished....Could have done a better job...It was a big whole but I have to puddy over the errors and sand again.

"This rating was submitted 18 months after the job has been completed. The customer did a final walkthrough and on our final walk through sheet rated us 10 out of 10 and circled "extremely satisfied." He never contacted us again, until 18 months later, today, we received a poor rating. We offer a 3 month warranty, this problem could have been easily rectified at the time of the final walk through."

Chicago Painters provided competent and efficient painters for our home interior. They arrived on time, developed a painting plan with us, and solved problems swiftly. They prepared each room and moved all furniture necessary. There were no damages to our furnishings. The final results were superb.

Jim was very attentive at the time of estimating the job and through out the entire project. His crew was very professional and did an excellent job with the painting. There were some paint splattered on the wood trim and hardwood flooring. I would like to have seen a more thorough job of protecting the floors and other surfaces as Jim had assured me they would. I had furniture moved back in to the house after the painting was finished and the movers scuffed the walls. Jim sent one of his men back to touch up the scuffs. That was very nice. I would hire them again.

From the beginning, Jim was very attentive to our needs and made time to meet with us before the project started. His crew was very professional and did an excellent job with the painting. There were some issues with paint stains on carpet and hardwood. I would like to have seen a more thorough job of protecting the floors and other surfaces of our condo. Also, our wood floor was damaged when they rolled the refridgerator out. Jim has been very accommodating about this and will cover the repair costs. Overall we are very pleased with the final product.

Jim was very professional and friendly. Chicago Painters gave us the best quote of the 3 companies that bid our job, but it was the level of professionalism that led us to our choice. The painters, Adam and Terry were very prompt and thorough. When we went over the details of the job they went above and beyond pinting out areas they felt should be smoothed and filled so that the color laid perfectly on the walls. I left for work in the morning, my house was clean...I returned from work, the painting was fantastic and my house was cleaner than I left it. I will not bid out our next paint job because I have Chicago Painters' number.
