Chicago Reno

I would highly recommend Chicago Reno. Our basement unfortunately had cracked cast iron pipes, and our basement was in shambles because of the plumbing work that was needed. We were looking for a contractor to put our once finished basement back together again. It was a complete tear down and renovation. The team at Chicago Reno are wonderful people. Ben in the office was very professional, very easy to talk with and always got back to me as soon as possible. The quote for the job and it’s timeline was fair, realistic, reasonable and no hidden costs. The crew that worked on my basement, Ivan and Renee were highly qualified, paid close attention to every detail and extremely respectful to me, my family and my home. They listened to me when I talked about ideas and concerns and always answered my questions clearly for me to understand. I fully trusted them to guide and help me through the process of our renovation. The crew was reliable, came out every day and stayed on schedule. I was completely ecstatic with the final product of our basement renovation project. The quality and craftsmanship put into the project went beyond my expectations. With being highly satisfied with the outcome of our basement, since then, we have called upon Chicago Reno for other smaller projects in our house. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our home.

Super professional and helpful, very quick and communicative and VERY handy. Seriously, normally you would need 5 different companies just to do these things, but this small company is so helpful in just making sure clients are comfortable So they ended up doing A LOT for me, especially since there's so much to do for a new apartment , which I greatly appreciate. And I ended up using them for another apartment too because of how good they were These were just a handful of stuff they did, nothing too crazy but as you can tell as the list adds up, it was way easier to have just the same guys do it: - new vinyl flooring installation - painting entire unit - bathroom tiles - drywall installation - front step repairing (old house, so it was shaky) - closet shelf installation - cabinet install - changed mortice old locks to cylindrical normal locks - installed finished trim around bathroom door - shoebase trim across the whole unit - door actuator install - spray paint old vents to white Basically I helped design some of the aspects or thought processes with Ben and he was able to provide feedback. The installation of cabinets and closets for example was exactly where I wanted them to be! Then, each invoice was line itemed so it's easy to understand what everything cost. Again very clear & communicative Love them , highly recommend!

Such a great experience, every time. Rene and his team are the peak of excellence and honesty. There is not reason not to work with him. He gets the job done quickly, within budget and professionally.
