Kept me informed and helped me make decisions about clearing and maintaining our sewer that was left unattended by an incompetent “management” company, Real Property Management, for seven years.

The Plumber Thomas was on time, thoroughly explained what he needed to do, and was very professional. I definitely will hire them again.

Two gentlemen came into my home to assess the job. They both had on masks and were very polite. After knowing what I needed they retrieved their tools and I had no idea they were even my home working. They were so quiet but thorough and they had to work on the inside and outside. It meant a lot to me that they were so mindful because I have two elderly parents in my home. When they were done, one of the plumbers pointed out a problem I should address right away and it was more so a â do it yourself â job, so his selflessness was outstanding. Chicago Sewer & Drain Professionals are the plumbers I will contact from now on.

When dealing with plumbers on a weekend or holiday, you have to be patient. You can never foresee what challenges the plumbers will have with the customers ahead of you in the que.

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive company. They kept us informed every step of the way, didnt try to oversell unnecessary maintenance, and explained everything as underground issues were uncovered to get the work done properly and efficiently. They even conducted a professional mason job afterwords for my concrete sidewalk replacement, which is rare to have all-in-one! The manager Thomas was extremely responsive and professional the entire time, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to get sewer repair (or even cleaning/hydrojetting) done.

Honest good people

This company is small but professional. Thomas not only explained what he was going to do he also answered our questions with clear and concise answers. He had estimated a price for the job and stuck to it even when the job had become bigger then expected. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. I will continue using this company for our annual maintenance and future emergency. His employees were also excellent to work with.

Good response. I think a little expensive

I wanted a camera inspection of my sewer and indoor pipe lines due to reoccurring toilet backup. Due to other jobs that ran overtime, we had to reschedule, twice. However, on each occasion the plumbers showed up and apologized. Subsequently,we agreed to reschedule. However, the job was completed to my satisfaction and the plumbers were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, considerate, and informative. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to others.

Wow! Where do I start? My mother lives in Chicago and had a terrible flooding situation in her basement. I live in Colorado and contacted these guys and they were right on it! Came out assessed the situation and gave us options and costs. We agreed on a plan of action and moved forward on the repair which was rather extensive. They were very professional. Communication was excellent! I live in Denver and Thomas was patient in explaining to me the problem and resolution as well as explaining the same thing to my mother. My mother was impressed with how hard they worked and their thoroughness but also how respectful and nice they were! It's very refreshing in 2019 to work with contractors like this. I felt like the price was fair and although I'm sure they had other customers I felt like my project was their number 1 priority! I highly recommend these guys for any project you have in the future.

They repaired a broken pipe from my sump pump which fed into the main line and installed a clean out pipe which also feeds into the main line. I was impressed at how steady the installed pipes looked deep into the ground which has completely repaired my problem.
