The repairs that need to be done was explained with customer understanding. Even show us pictures that explain what need to be repair correctly. Very professional and courtesy. I was very happy with the customer service I received. The communication from Paul was exceptional using live video to explain what was being done while I was unable to be home for the install. He was professional, kind and explained everything step by step. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mike who was also kind and professional. I highly recommend this business

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Paul and Mike were very professional and informative. I had gutter and roof work done on a 2 story home and was shown all the before and after video/ photos. all The work was completed quickly and everything was cleaned up before leaving. All I needed was gutters but what I got was an experience. The company has been in the family for four generations and it shows. I called for gutters and ended up with a new roof, fence, deck, porch, and gutters. They took there time with everything to do it right. When issues with my old house arose they explained everything and made sound suggestions to address the issues. The pricing was very affordable and the more I did the better it became. The gentleman are definitely on my short list for future jobs.

On 4/6/26, the people from this place were working on my neighbor's home, replacing their fascia's on the home. Spoke with Mike while he was on site and he agreed to replace my fascia's on the front and back of the home. We have leaf guard gutters, I asked if this would be a problem and he said no, not at all. Workers replaced the back fascia and corners of the gutters, they had problem getting the front fascia all in one piece, like it was before they started, there was only a right corner that needed repair in front, but halfway through, they said they had to put two boards and did an awful job with the seam on the two boards. A couple days later gutter leaking in the same location that they fixed. Son Paul said that they would be out in a couple of weeks, never showed. 2 weeks later, Mike called and said everyone was sick with flu they would be out next week. No show. Paul called 2 weeks later, said Dad had heart attack, will come soon. I have not heard from these people.

Mike and Paul were super professional throughout the whole experience. They explained the entire process. Cleaned and super respectful amongst my neighbors highly recommended.

This company is a company you want to hire. They are very professional and give you sound advice on all projects. I had gutters cleaned and repaired by this company - awesome job. Also had fence repaired and painted. They did a great job.

This company is MORE about YOU the customer, so very thorough, making sure all of your repairs and replacements needed are complete. I can't express how very kind and courteous the owners are. We felt like instant friends. Every piece of debris was picked up and hauled away. If you ever need gutters like I did, roofing etc. , these guys are 100% recommended by me and my husband. We hired Paul and his team to replace gutters, fascia and soffit for our old home. Paul Miller with Chicago Weather Pro, came out, gave me a fair estimate for the work that was needed, two days later his team was came to my home and was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable about what was needed. I appreciated the way Mike and Paul (Father and Son) communicated with us about the repairs we needed. They were straightforward and offered us different options and explained in detail what they could do (no BS). We were on a budget and they worked with us on cost. Gutters were seperating from the house because the pervious company that installed them did a poor job (only 6 yrs ago). They added flashing, larger brackets and longer nails. They also repaired two chimneys with tuck pointing and a chimney cap along with additional tuck pointing with some brick replacement and sealed some cracks in other areas of need. They came out on saturday for a free estimate and completed the job on Monday. We are very satisfied and plan to use them again for other repairs in the future. Thank you Mike, Paul and those that helped with the repairs. Excellent work!

I can't say enough about how professional and kind Paul and Mike are. They really listen to what your needs are and don't try to sell you extras you don't need. They did such an incredible job installing new gutters and leaf guards. My whole house looks like it got a face lift ! I definitely will go back to them with any other projects we have for our house.
