Chicago Wood Floors & Stairs

Staining was very poor and will have to have it refinished. The rails are not drilled in a straight line. Railing is rough entire length. They showed up when they wanted.

Good to work with. Very responsive to questions we had. Showed up as scheduled and completed job on time.

They did a great job on my floors, very pleased with the suggestions and how my floors color look. I would however suggest paying more attention when leaving the house, door was left unlocked and the next day my window was left open and it was going to rain that evening. Also they should be more careful where they put their equipment and not putting dripping stain cans on other surfaces . Just be mindful that it is someone s home and you are a guest to clean up and put things away properly. I am happy with the floors, despite these hiccups .

Barry & his son were great. They came on a Saturday so railing could be put up ASAP for safety of baby. Very knowledgeable & easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Barry was great and very professional. What initially started as a stain job turned into a complete install of hardwood flooring. This was not due to Barry. The project was completed within a day and a half. My carpeted covered plywood is not the most beautiful hardwood floor. Thanks again Barry and crew. I look forward to my next flooring project.

Berry returned and corrected the streak left on my floor. He refinish the floor with a high-class and it's beautiful. I recieved plenty of compliments on how beautiful the wood floors are.

He worked with me on decisions about the project. They had a small repair by my front door and were able to blend it in without resanding the entire floor. Genius I tell you! the guys were very nice and extremely helpful, but just a little sloppy (stain & poly on my wood trim) so i would advise customers to put painters tape on their trim, but the floors look fantastic! a thousand percent better than they were before.
