Sam is a crook. Do not hire. He lured us in with an attractive price on our small roofing project. His crew did what he admitted was a botched job on a portion of our roofing project. Shame on me for making an installment payment on a portion of the project. Sam deposited the check the same day (a bad sign) and disappeared for the rest of the job. He did not order enough materials and didn't want to make it whole or fix the botched portion of the job. Instead he repeatedly would string us along. He promised to finish the job (but never showed), promised to refund a portion of the payment (but never showed), and ultimately agreed to a legal settlement (but, you guessed it, never showed). What started with so much promise, turned out to be a nightmare. He had several opportunities to do the right thing, but instead chose greed. He will provide multiple excuses but it is all a facade. His game is to wait you out until you go away. Shameful. Do yourself a favor and move on to the next company you are considering for your job.

Sam explained what needed to be done and what they would be doing to fix the problem. They corrected the problem as promised and also fixed areas that had the potential to become problems in the near future. They completed the job as promised, cleaned up all the work areas. I was more then satisfied with their work.

Chicagoland offered us an affordable price for some brick repairs that needed to be made to the parapet walls of our building. Their owner, Sam, was responsive and got our project scheduled promptly. His crew worked efficiently and made sure everything was properly cleaned up at the end of the day. When they noticed some additional damage that wasn't part of the project, they gave us a fair price on that as well and took care of that at the end of the project. Would definitely hire them back for any future brick work we need done.

Sam and his crew did a great job tuck pointing and matching the color in my grout on the facial bricks. He was very fair in the price and the crew cleaned up after the job. The crew missed and couple of spots and Sam made sure everything was corrected and to my satisfaction. He even got another job from one of my neighbors on my block. Because of his great work I have another project for him in the near future.

Sam came out to my home same day, reviewed my project and gave me a fair price. We agreed on it and he started the process. He came out to match my grout color and checked with multiple vendors to try and find some replacement brick for me (previous owner had terrible match installed). He was unable to find it, but he took the time to try. He kept in touch with me regarding several weather delays, which were completely justified. When the project day arrived, he and his crew were on site when they said they would be. They worked 10 hours that day to complete all the work in 1 day. He left my property clean and the project complete.
