Chicago Premier Roofing

This company is not licensed as a roofing contractor. They suggest a new layer of material on flat roofs without any inspection. The owner, Frankie, is dishonest and unprofessional. I'm surprised he's been able to remove or hide all of the negative reviews because they are many. Any other roofing company would be better than this one.

Frankie showed up on a Sunday to give an estimate on short notice. He wore a mask and was extremely professional and courteous. We are exceptionally happy with the workmanship and the follow up... these guys stand behind their work!

Hired Frankie for a Mansory and home porch pillar work on a Chicago property around October 2019 6 months later the wood post/pillar had cracked. Frankie came back and made good on his work and material garauntee and replaced the post at no additional cost. He also reinforced the post with concrete. Happy with the re-done work.

Hard workers. Came out almost immediately to provide quote and started within days. Finished same day and cleaned up beautifully. gutters had been overflowing. Now are perfect. brings such peace of mind.

Frank and his team very responsive. I called them on Saturday afternoon with a water leak emergency and they were on my roof by Sunday early AM. They fixed the leak and I have not had any issues since.

Frank was detailed and showed pictures and videos of the work to keep me updated on everything. He was really nice and has a sense of humor lol. He answered any questions I had. The work is perfect. I had a leaking roof every time it rained and now there is no issues at all. I also have a 10 yr warranty with them so that eliminates having to call someone if there should ever be an issue.

I had Chicago Premier do some masonry tuck-pointing and was impressed with how cleanly they worked. Every day the site was spotless, final clean-up was to where you could not even tell tell that they were there. I am completely satisfied with their performance.

Frank and the crew from Chicago Premier worked hard and got the job done on time and within the budget we set. Fixed up our flat roof to help us get a few more years before having to replace the whole thing and knocked out a lot of masonry repairs in three days. The work looks good and they cleaned up when they finished every day. From the beginning, Frank was responsive and explained things clearly and the pricing seems fair for the quality of work. I’d definitely recommend Chicago Premier for roofing and masonry repairs.

I am glad to say that Frankie and I worked out our misunderstanding. It seemed that one missed call led to an assumption of neglect that, fortunately, was not the case. We talked; he came by, completed the job, and we shared a handshake and a few laughs about the past misunderstanding. I am glad everything was resolved just fine.
