I had a broken front window (window would not stay up) and based on an email from Angi, I called Chief Glass Services of Houston and made an appointment for someone to come out and look at my window. Russell came and he was great. I thought that I needed a brand new window but no, per Russell, the window just needed to be repaired. He didn't have the parts with him and said that he would order the parts and come back and he did. He repaired my window and it is working well. He is also going to come back and work on my glass shower door. I highly recommend Chief Glass Services of Houston for any glass work that you need to have done!

Tech was very courteous and knowledgeable in his craft. Most important was “on time” when arriving to take measurements and returning to replace my window. Awesome job!

If you like contractors that damage your neighbors property, try to cover it up, then donâ t tell you about it. Then accept the blame and then stop responding to texts, phone calls, emails, and direct business messages on Google. This is the contractor for you. Terrible experience. I am out $765 because of the damage Chief Glass caused to my neighbors property.
