Fantastic Customer Service! There had been a miscommunication between my HOA and the community residents regarding some yard work that had been done by Mike's company (no fault of his) but he came out IMMEDIATELY for FREE and made all the alterations and corrections I requested, along with explaining some of the decisions his company had made, which really helped put my mind at ease. He was cordial and kind through the whole interaction, even though I'm sure it was inconvenient for him and his crew to have to come back. I was so impressed that I asked him for quotes for a few more jobs around my house that needed to be done (the prices he listed seemed very reasonable) and learned that his company not only does landscaping, but they can do tree-trimming, fence and deck building, and more! I'm looking forward to hiring his company for a lot of projects in the future.

I?ll let the photos speak for themselves, but this is the terrible job Chiefs Lawn Service LLC charged $1500 to provide to my HOA. They butchered the landscaping both in front and behind my townhome, along with multiple others in my neighborhood, including chopping down trees purposefully grown both in garden beds and private garden areas around our homes. It makes me sick to my stomach to look at our properties now, and will take years to grow back from this damage. I?m both upset and heartbroken at the destruction to our beautiful plants.

I scheduled an appointment with CLS to measure and provide an estimate for a patio area that I am designing. The estimate is a reasonable quote based on the design that I am looking for, but additionally, he also gave valuable suggestions that will help prevent potential long-term issues. While on site, Kevin quickly diagnosed and fixed a problem with my irrigation system, even demonstrating how to address the issue should it recur. Kevin is a consummate professionalâ  punctual, friendly, and a great listener. He made practical suggestions that reflected both expertise and common sense. I was thoroughly impressed by Kevinâ  s proficiency and advanced technical skills across a wide range of areas relative to home maintenance, landscaping, and overall upkeep. His military background is evident in his natural leadership acumen, sharpness, and attention to detail. I am looking forward to using CLS, LLC for various home projects in the future.

Job was done to my satisfaction. I sought to replace 3 sections of fence, but after discussing details with Mike (the owner), I agreed to have an entire side replaced, and a fenced gate added on the other end of my property. His price was very fair and reasonable and the work was done professionally. Two of my nextdoor neighbors also hired his company for their fencing needs as he worked my property! Good, friendly crew! I highly recommend them!

Chiefs Lawn Service did a phenomenal job on my fence and my yard. They cut down trees and performed various landscaping jobs in the yard. They were quick and professional. I highly recommend their services. I will definitely be using them again and again!

Mike is a very nice person who will promise the world but with little quality. I have basically had to redo everything that he did do to shoddy work. I don't know about his landscaping abilities, but he is not a fence person.

I called Mike out to my house for an estimate for cleaning up the leaves in my yard. The price was reasonable and he was able to start that day and finish up by the following day. My lawn looks great, and I didn't have to do a thing. And the best part is, now I can sit in judgment of everyone else on my street that still has leaves in their yard, shaking my head disapprovingly as we make eye contact. Thanks Mike!
