He was prompt and discussed with the work before and after the job.

Despite a rainy morning, the crew showed up on time to remove several large (18-20')storm damaged arbor vitae and a white pine. Stumps were ground and all wood and debris was cleaned up and hauled away. Price was very reasonable for the work done. I was very pleased overall.

I hired Chief's to take down two large trees in my yard. I can't say enough about them. All these 5-star reviews are right on target. Plus, I wanted someone local, as I prefer to support local business. You won't find more pleasant or conscientious people anywhere. Robin was always friendly and helpful any time I called for scheduling, to request insurance info, etc. I never had to wait long for anything, and her communication was prompt and courteous. Nick is a hard-working professional who knows his business well. He cares about what's yours, and takes care to leave the place looking great when done. He and his team showed up exactly as promised. The work went more quickly than expected, which is a big plus to me. It's also good to be able to chat with them about what they're doing and what they're finding. We ended up paying less than the original estimate, which was nice. Extra note: Nick was able to 'rescue' a non-aggressive beehive in a section of hollow branch, fully intact with honeycomb, that we didn't even know was there. We now have it protected from the weather while we search for someone or somewhere to transplant it. To Nick, Robin, and the team - we thank you sincerely. It has been an absolute pleasure meeting you and dealing with you.

Had a tree removed and various other trees pruned. They cleaned up when done. Liked their work and had them return for other bush, tree pruning. Professional with fair pricing.

This company sent out a person who seemed to not even work for the company. He did not know what prices they charged for anything I needed done. Then when the second person came out he tried to charge me a higher price then what the estimate was. The work was horrible and they didn’t even clean up after themselves. They left my yard a mess. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!

They did have to coma back a second day to complete all the work. There were many small stumps that needed to be addressed so some were missed as that is what took place on the second day of work. Overall though very happy with the work as they also completed some small additional work that I didn't identify originally and still kept the original estimate cost.

Prompt, professional and courteous. I did have to call twice to setup an appointment because my first message was never answered. However, I was able to get someone out the very next day to remove two stumps. The two young men who performed the job were very polite and efficient. I would use this business again!
