The damper on my chimney wouldnt stay closed. Damien showed up today in a matter of minutes, showed me what I was doing wrong. And aside from being so courteous, Covid safe (wearing mask, keeping safe distance, and taking off shoes), he was so patient with me. I didnt realize that I had to slam the damper door hard. I was being too gentle. The call was a free inspection and estimate. And they had to drive out to my place and spend time to do this. BUT they refused to charge me for the visit. They fixed my damper and now I have a warm home again. This is a small company but they know how to build loyalty from their customers. Ill never consider using anyone but them in the future.

We used them to clean our chimney and we were impressed with the customer.service and quality. When we had a problem with smoke in the house, we had them diagnose the problem. The technician spent a bit of time checking things inside and on the roof. He explained the problem and possible solutions, and did not charge for the service call, possibly because we had used them to clean the chimney. We have not had the repair work done yet because of other work in the house. We will continue to use them for cleaning and repair work.

They provided a clear estimate of the work, came promptly and completed the work in a timely manner, for under their projected cost.

Most importantly, the work that was done looks great and the price was fair. My neighbors have commented that they couldn't tell where the old brick ended and the new work began. In addition, everything about my interaction with Chim-Chim Churee was impressive. They showed up on-time for my free estimate. They clearly explained what work would be done, why it was needed, and the cost for each component. I have special tiles for my roofing that I was concerned about damaging. Before doing any work, Chim-Chim Churee contacted the manufacturer to determine how to do the work without damaging the roof. On the day the work was originally scheduled, bad weather prevented Chim-Chim Churee from starting on time. They called me before 8 AM to explain the situation and schedule a new work date. The showed up on time and ready to go on the new date. The work was done quickly and well. I also had to call them several times with questions. I always got quick (within minutes), accurate responses from both their office and their tech people. I highly recommend Chim-Chim Churee based on my experience.

When other companies would not return our calls, did not keep appointments, and did not provide a timely estimate as they stated, Chim-Chim Churee's service was outstanding from the first phone call. They came to give us an estimate the next day, provided an estimate while they were there, and scheduled the work to be done less than a week later. Every step of the way, they emailed, texted, and/or called to confirm appointments and keep us advised of their arrival times, which were always as promised. The work was excellent and clean, the owner and all staff were friendly and informative, and the job was done in less time than we expected. They definitely provided better than 5-star service, and the cost was considerably less than the only other estimate we were able to obtain. Do not hesitate to call Chim-Chim Churee!!!

Quick and easy to schedule the estimate and job. The guys who came out were friendly, did a great job repairing the back wall to the fireplace. Left everything spotless. Reasonably priced, courteous, neat, professional.
