Manager that came to do the estimate was very helpful. The crew doing the work missed some of the landscaping work and had to come back a couple of times to complete. Once manager stayed with the work crew to complete the task, things seemed to be better.

Cricket was timely with the estimate and performed the service in a professional manor. I was not home when they performed the service but they cleaned up after themselves and left my house as they found it with th exception of CLEAN gutters.

Contractor did not return to correct blatent mistakes as promised. Many calls to Ted went unreturned. Contractor left the worksite and house filthy and covered in a thick coat of stone dust as they cut the stones in the garage instead of outdoors. Work quality is poor . I had to have another contractor come in and make the job right.

The service was fine. When I was contacted, I was told that I world get a chimney inspection, cleaning, and deodorizing as well as cleaning out my dryer vent for $99.95. The problem arose when the tech submitted me a bill for $180. He tells me that the dryer vent cleaning was a $69 service. I get on the phone with Ted Lay, the owner, to try and resolve the situation, and he became angry and threatened to have the tech "put the lint back in the dryer vent" if I didn't pay for it. I resolved the situation with the tech. I was told that this had happened before

They put in a new damper in my chimney and were supposed to make some repairs. A couple of days after they did the work it rained and I got a sizeable amount of water in my fireplace. I called them to address the problem and we made an appointment. They neglected to show up. I called and made another appointment. Still no show. I called yet again and he made some excuses about the weather which has actually been quite beautiful for this time of year. I have since gone up on the roof to check the work and found that they did not do the work that they charged me for other than the new damper.
