Chimney Cricket

I am very disappointed in the customer service I received from chimney cricket. They came to install a new vent/piping system for my chimney/water heater. That Friday my water heater started leaking. My water heater was working perfectly before this repair work was done. I called the company and spoke to Anthony had to beg for Jimmy to come back out to look at his work. He came out and argued he did not touch that area. That was a lie. He did not offer to try and explain what happened. I had to call a plumbing company to come out. They confirmed that the pipe was loosened by mistake by force. They tightened it and no more water. I paid 1200 for this repair and for no one to offer a solution was disappointing. I would go elsewhere if you have brick/chimney needs.

Chimney repair estimate was ridiculously high. The method to repair the flu on the chimney seemed archaic. $2800 to repair a mortar joint in the flu seemed awful expensive to me. Especially since they want to remove the top part just to access the faulty joint

THE FELLOWS THAT SERVICED MY CHIMNEY REPAIRS WERE RESPECTIFUL, RELIABLE, IN TUNE TO WHAT I NEEDED DONE. TONY THE BOSS WAS ALSO VERY NICE AND DID NOT PUSH SERVICES I DID NOT NEED. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP THE DEBRIE THAT WAS FROM THE REPAIR WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.

I paid Chimney Cricket $250.00 on April 19th to have a chimney cap installed. As of today May 3rd, the cap still has not been installed.

Certified technician arrived when he said he would. Gave me a good price for the repairs needed on my chimney and the worker Ricci did a great job along with doing extra to make sure the job was done correctly along he made sure the area was cleaned when job was finished. I will used this company again on other thing in the future.

The certified technician arrived when he said he would. Check my wood burning stove from bottom to top. Cleaned and serviced it and was on his way. The cost was the lowest of the four companies that contacted me and was worth every penny. I will use them again.

The pro who came to look at my chimney inspected it but did not clean or check out the outside and charged me $199! I couldn't believe it.
