Chimney Fix It

Very unprofessional individual. I paid $150 for Josh to look up my chimney with a flash light, and go around outside just to look at it from the ground. No technical tools of the trade, just a half hour of his time for $150 of mine telling me that I needed a $2-3k liner. Chimney Cricket will be coming for an ACTUAL legit inspection for free of charge after hearing that I wasted my $ with Josh who was terminated from their company.

Josh was on time and very courteous.

Needs to work on Professionalism - No Business Cards, no Signage on his truck, no Receipt Book - left me wondering who I had let in my house. Other than that, he seemed to know what he was doing, showed up on time and got things done quickly.
