I had my gas fireplace cleaned after 20 yrs. The service tech was thorough and informed me on exactly everything he had to clean/check out as he proceeded to ckean.

Came out quickly and completed the job quickly too! Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future!

I can't say enough positive things about Chimney Service of Colorado - they're very responsive and do great work for a great price! Our chimney cap blew off over night in the high wind and we needed it replaced before a forecasted snow storm. I scheduled an appointment on their web site at 8:00 AM, they called me at 9:00 AM (when they opened) and their technician Eric arrived at 10:00 AM. Talk about responsive! Eric did a great job replacing the cap and securing it so that it won't be blowing off again. I asked him if he could also clean the chimney while he was here and he told us that the chimney looked great and that we didn't need it to be cleaned yet. I really appreciated Eric's honesty and integrity. Needless to say, we'll be using Chimney Service of Colorado for all of our fireplace needs, and will be telling all of our friends and neighbors about the great service they provide!

I?ll start by saying that this company did a fantastic job and the technicians were wonderful. They explained everything and told me what to look for in the future. HOWEVER, I wrote in my home advisor request that I had three fireplaces to clean. They sent me a quote for the job and I hired them. After the job was done, they charged me 3x the quoted price because their quote was PER FIREPLACE which was NOT communicated to me. I expected to pay ~$200 and ended up spending more than double that. It was not obvious to me that the quote was for a single fireplace since I?ve never had this service performed before and that was not explicitly stated during my communication with the company, especially since in my request I specified the scope of work. So while they did a great job, it was quite a shock when I got the bill.

Chimney Service of Colorado is a great company to deal with. My fireplace needed the concrete crown replaced because it had deteriorated over the years. When Bob came out for an inspection and estimate he was very thorough. His estimate was fair and the schedule to do the work fit my time frame very well. I had two other companies come out for estimates but was very disappointed in their lack of detail inspection that I got with Bob, also their estimates, in my opinion were low just to get the job. Bob and Cade showed up on time on the scheduled day. They were very easy to work with and explained the process very well. Once into the project it was determined the flue was damaged more than was thought and the estimate to do the additional work was just as fair as the original estimate. They completed the work in a day and came back 3 days later to strip the concrete forms. Through the whole process they were very neat and cleaned the work site thoroughly. I recommend Chimney Service of Colorado and would deal with them again in the future.

Kade and Bob were great to work with, they took pictures before, during, and after the installed a new concrete crown on my chimney.They communicated what they were doing and why both verbally and in writing during the two day process. Would highly recommend, these guys know their stuff!
