Great work by the chimney sweep that came to my house. Had inspection of fireplace and evaluation of possible repairs. Only problem was scheduling with office and getting appointment set up. Had to call/email several times before appointment was set up, otherwise would have given 5 stars

The two men who came out were quite knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful. Just like another reviewer said, I only put a 4 in for Work Quality because we also didn't end up needing work done. I appreciated their honesty and how kind they were to my family while they were here!

Sam was very honest. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would have given a higher rating on Work Quality but no work was actually done. . . . after inspecting the chimney told me it was very clean and he could clean it if I wanted, but it wasn't necessary and saved me some money in the process. Will definitely recommend Chimney Swift!

Derek and Sam from Chimney Swift were excellent. They did a thorough job cleaning my chimney. When they were running few minutes late, they called immediately to update me. Derek was extremely patient as he answered all my questions. I highly recommend Chimney Swift.
