Do not hire this company or Fred Wolfe. Work is questionable and over charged. There are many more excavators that do much better work and wont over charge. Unprofessional.

Here is your warning do not use this contractor. Did not even come close to completing the job. We had already paid him 50% of what he is billing us 5 months ago. 5 months, and he could not finish the job! Pulled his equipment off the job a day before our builder quit via text message 10/9/19. Billed us as if he completed the work then put a lie in the property for an amount as if he completed the job. While attempting to do the job of putting rock in a garage excavation for a concrete pad he damaged multiple stem walls with his machine. We just found out today the rain drains system he installed is not working correctly (got gutters and downspouts). We have got water running under the foundation. Learn from us. Do not use this contractor you will be very sorry you did. Find a reputable company and get quality work done by someone who knows what they are doing because its blatantly obvious Fred/Chinook River has no idea what he is doing.
