They did a good job on the roof. Unfortunately they didn’t pass along my notes/request to remove moss from the driveway/patio at the same time, but the service they did provide was good. Would hire them again to clean the roof.

From first contact to job completion I'd say Chinook is just about the best company I've worked with in a contractual environment.

On time, genial and efficient. One thing about the moss-killing process: Donâ t expect the roof to appear totally clean of Moss the first day or so. Their treatment is intended to KILL the moss initially, but the residue of the plants remains for a time, until all of it gets washed, or blown off by the wind. The moss will change color right away, and start to shrivel down. Roof is looking better every day.

I just wanted to take a moment to say 'thank you' to you, Micah and the entire Chinook Services Team for a job well done.  Micah did what most companies wouldn't do, that is save the customer money by 'not' doing work that was not needed. He assessed the job and informed us that certain aspects of the Premium Roof Cleaning Package would not be needed.  He then informed us of what was needed and performed those services.  This might be SOP (standard operating procedure) for Chinook Services but it isn't that way with everyone. So again, thank you for " improving the customer experience".  I will recommend Chinook Services to everyone I know.
