Quick for an estimate but took several attempts to schedule once scheduled not on time and no phones about being late. About two hours behind schedule, the crew did a great job. Very professional. Great work crew!

It took a while to get the scheduling straight, but they arrived on schedule, were very professional, did a great job, and cleaned up nicely. We are satisfied and our trees look great.

They failed to show up twice, then when they arrived they wanted $300 more to do the job. I canceled and am still waiting for my deposit to be returned.

I had three other quotes and they were the lowest. I would've given them FIVE STARS but I had to call them three times before they showed up as scheduled. It sounded like they may have went to the wrong address when they described my property but to make that same mistake a 2nd time? Anyway, the work done was excellent and as I have additional tree removal needs in the near future, i will definitely be calling them.

I had a 30 foot palm tree removed by Chip Off the Old Block and three stumps removed, one from a previous palm tree removed by another company and a lemon tree stump from the other company. This company only charged $125 for each stump removals and the other company wanted $200 per each stump removal. They also charged $675 for the palm tree removal and not the $1000 quoted from the other company.

Joe gave us the estimate and was professional and friendly. Tree trimmers did a great job but cleanup was not that good. Left a lot of debris in backyard and pool. Took the large limbs but left a lot of smaller stuff. I had to call the office back to get the date scheduled after waiting a week without a call back. Since they had my $500.00 deposit already I thought that was very unprofessional.

I got several quotes, and I was really impressed with Chip Off the Block. Joe came for our quote and was very knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job on removing and pruning our trees. I have to say that Victoria in the office really set this company apart. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well with me.
