Chip arrived within 24 hours, and was willing to come even earlier. He was in and out within 2 hours, did a fantastic job mounting our new 65" Flat screen, fully prepared, cleaned up, set up the TV with a bunch of apps, taught me how the remote worked and was on his way. This man has decades of top-notch experience with Audio/Video, and it shows. If you need to buy and/or install any type of AV equipment, Chip's your man, and his prices are very competitive.
