The technician was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. he analyzed the situation, explained to me what had to be done and proceeded to resolve my problem. I'm very satisfied with his work and won't hesitate to call chisholm again.

Two contractors showed up per my request at the same time, end of the day. Both their companies used the same quoting service. I mentioned a secodn plumbing project and Johnathon agreed to include in the scope. He was able to get the shower valve installed faster than I could go to a local retailer and get the replacment trim kit. All done within 2 hours! Will use again for further plumbing repairs.

I called to have some simple work done and it turned out to be $1629.47 for some work that is not up to par. They came out a total of 4 times and we are still having issues. They said they can no longer service my address and I have a warranty for 1 year. So I am covered until 6/3/26. The employees take pictures, video and recordings of your home without consent and even after being told they can not do so without permission. I requested a copy of all the warranty information, company policy on pictures, videos and recording, and all documents they have for my home. I still have not received anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! BEWARE BEWARE!!

Chisholm showed up on time. They were able to replace my heater the same day so that we could take a hot shower. Chisholm is the best and I will be using them for all of my plumbing and hvac needs in the future. They have a membership program that is the best around!

I had a main line clog. I called Chisholm and they sent out a tech on the same day!! I didn’t have to pay a fee to get the technician out. He arrived in a fully stocked truck, wore she covers in my home and explained all of my options. They offer zero percent financing options which we took advantage of. I can’t say enough about this company and I will definitely call them for any future needs I may have.
