Chisholm Trail Home Inspections, PLLC

We hired Chisolm Trail to perform a detailed inspection of our roof and attic, after five roofing companies failed to correctly assess the cause of the leaking and/or repair the leak. We were looking for an unbiased, third-party inspector, who had no vested interest in quoting us on repair work. Chris showed up to the appointment on time, and performed a three-and-a-half-hour inspection of our roof and attic, including a detailed meeting with the homeowners to describe the history of the problems, and another detailed meeting to go over his findings. He came with all of the proper tools, including an infrared scanner, to identify the extent of the water damage, where water was coming into the attic and then into the house. He identified the source of the leaking, and provided a full and detailed report within 24 hours for us to give to roofing contractors to quote the repairs. He also noted structural issues in our attic, that were beyond the scope of what we had asked him to look for, and we are very appreciative that he brought those to our attention. We will unquestionably consider Chisholm Trail Home Inspections our inspector of choice for any home inspections.

Don't call anyone else. I found Chris and team to be fantastic to work with. Highly professional and gave an extensive inspection uncovering things I think many would have missed. Like I said, don't call anyone else - they are incredible. Will use them for all my inspections from now on for sure!

Chris is friendly and personable, but very quiet. He is not pushy at all. Chris know what he is doing and provides a detailed report at the end of the inspection. He tells you what should be fixed immediately and what can wait.
